1. What shipping methods are available?

The following shipping methods are available: 

 

• Standard shipping: $5          (3-6 business days)
• Express shipping: $10             (2-3 business days)
• Express Air shipping: $30*   (2-3 business days)
  
  * This is the only shipping option for orders shipping to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.

 

For a limited time, GLOBO is offering STANDARD SHIPPING on all online orders. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.  

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days following the day you placed your order. Standard shipping orders will be delivered in 3-6 business days (from the shipped date), and Express orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days (from the shipped date). We will confirm your estimated delivery dates by email or you can check your order status here.

Please note: For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates. 

Express Air orders:
Customers wishing to have their order shipped to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories or the Yukon must select Express Air for $30. Such orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days following the day the order was placed and will be delivered in 2-3 business days (from the shipped date). This shipping method is only available for orders being shipped to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories or the Yukon. Free Shipping offers promoted on GLOBOSHOES.COM or within promotional emails do not apply for orders being shipped to these areas. The Express Air shipping option will automatically be applied once one of these areas is selected on the Shipping & Billing page of our checkout process.
