We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return them in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and cosmetics may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: Our same Return Policy applies to items purchased from our Clearance section.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which they were originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


Price Adjustment Policy
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought in-store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign.


To Return In-Store

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.


To Return via Courier

Enter your order # and postal code from your shipping address in the fields below. Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason from the list and click submit. You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received. You will then receive an email from UPS with instructions on how to arrange for courrier pick-up or drop-off. Once they have been received by UPS, returned items are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days following this.

Orders placed in-store cannot be returned by courier, but can be returned or exchanged at any GLOBO store. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


PayPal
For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. PayPal purchases are non-refundable in store.

Any valid PayPal account can be used on this website. When you place an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you will then need to login with your PayPal username and password. Before completing the order, check whether the total amount and billing details are correct.

Even if you are not an existing PayPal customer, you can choose this method of payment for today’s purchase and either set up a new account or pay as a guest.

If your order consists of multiple deliveries, your PayPal account will be charged separately for each shipment.


INTERAC®
For purchases made using INTERAC® online, items returned within 60 days of original order placement will be credited by cheque from the Aldo Group.
