There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety and respect of our Globo family. As we all adjust to this new normal, we want to share with you the steps we’ve taken to help keep our customers and team members safe.
Reduced Store Hours
Due to the current situation, we have new opening hours. Please visit our Store Locator page for your local store hours.
In accordance with public health authorities' recommendations, we are implementing social distancing measures to keep a 2-metre distance between each of our customers and associates. As a result, your store may limit the number of customers allowed inside at any given time.
Health & Safety Measures
• Hand sanitizer dispensers were installed at every store entrance.
• Try-ons are now limited to footwear and handbags (try-on socks are available).
• Cleaning stations were installed throughout the stores to sanitize products that have been tried on.
• Sneeze guards were installed at all cash registers.
• Contactless payments and electronic receipts are encouraged.
• Bags will be provided for customers to bag their own purchases.
• The frequency of store cleanings has been increased.
We are enforcing an increase in the frequency of cleanings and precautionary health measures for all associates. This includes frequent handwashing, social distancing and staying home when showing symptoms or sick. To learn more about the specific measures we’ve put in place, please read our FAQ.
We're keeping things simple by waiving all standard shipping fees until further notice. We’ve also extended our return period to July 1st, 2020 for all purchases made between February 1st, 2020 and May 1st, 2020.
